Delivery

When You have placed an online order with Codelocks You will receive two emails confirming Your order. One from Codelocks Ltd and the other from Barclays. Barclays deal with the payment of all orders.

UK Delivery
All UK orders placed before 3.30 pm will be despatched that day for next working day delivery.
There is no delivery charge for mainland UK web orders.
For deliveries to Eire, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Islands and Highlands of Scotland there is a delivery charge of £15.00 per order.

International Delivery
For international orders despatch will be on same day as order but delivery will be dependant on destination. International delivery costs will be charged.

General Information
A signature is required upon delivery.
Orders will only be delivered to the address You have stated when placing Your order.
Codelocks cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate delivery addresses provided to Us.
In very rare circumstances We may not be able to fulfil Your order. Should We experience any problems with the availability of Your order, We will let You know as soon as possible. Whilst We will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the delivery timescales We may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances and We therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery.
