Tips for choosing the right lock

Decide on the volume of traffic – High or Low
Is this a lock for an internal or external door?
Do you want a knob handle or a lever handle lock?
Do you want a lock that has the pushbutton digits both sides of the door – back to back facility
Do you require hold open facility? This allows the lock to remain open for free entry without operating the code.
Choose the finish, stainless steel or polished brass.
How often do you need to change the code? If you need to change the code on a regular basis then an Electronic Lock would be more suitable as you do not have to remove from the door to program.
