NEWS: NEW ENTRY LEVEL ELECTRONIC CODELOCK LAUNCHED
| 24th June 2009, The new CL2255 mortice latch push button electronic lock from Codelocks is a retrofit upgrade for mechanical digital locks providing simple but effective access control in light duty application. The electronic functionality of the new CL2255 lock provides major benefits such as on-door programming via master codes, up to 10 one-time user codes and up to 80 user codes that can be either 4,5 or 6 digits long. The lock also features automatic building alarm release, incorrect code alarm and incorporates twin LED lamps within the button housing which can be programmed to indicate if locked or unlocked via red and blue lights to give quick visual assurance. The new CL2255 is designed to be easily fitted as a new install or as a rapid retrofit when upgrading from basic single code mechanical digital locks and can be fitted to a square follower latch using an adaptor. The lock comes with a key override as standard and can be supplied as keyed alike for multiple installations. In the event the key is lost or the batteries fail the lock can be opened by attaching a PP3 battery and entering the master code.
