Delivery Policy

UK Delivery

All UK orders will be despatched on the day of order via a traceable service.
If the Order is placed before 3.30pm delivery will be the next working day.

There is no delivery charge for UK website orders.

For Channel Islands there is a delivery charge of £10.00

Scottish Highlands delivery will take 48 hours instead of the usual next day delivery.

International Delivery

For international orders despatch will be on same days as order but delivery will be dependant on despatch service selected. International delivery will be charged.

General Information

A signature is required upon delivery.
Orders will only be delivered to the address You have stated when placing Your order.
Codelocks cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate delivery addresses provided to Us.

In very rare circumstances We may not be able to fulfil Your order. Should We experience any problems with the availability of Your order, We will let You know as soon as possible.

Whilst We will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the delivery timescales We may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances and We therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery.
