Q. When will I receive my order? A. All Codelock orders will be despatched on the day of order via a traceable service. If the order is placed before 3.30pm delivery will be the next working day (UK). For international orders despatch will be on same day as order but delivery will be dependant on despatch service selected.
Q. What is a 'back-to-back' door lock? A. Most digital door locks have a keypad on one side and a knob or lever on the opposite side. A 'back-to-back lock' is a lock that has a keypad on the inside and the outside of the door. With back-to-back locks code will need to be entered from the inside or the outside to open the door.

A. A backset describes the distance from the faceplate of the lock or latch to the centre of the spindle that passes through the latch or lock. Please note it is NOT the length of the latch or lock.
