Delivery

Order Information

When You have placed an online order with Codelocks You will receive two emails confirming Your order. One from Codelocks Ltd and the other from RBS World Pay Bank. RBS deal with the payment of all orders.

UK Delivery

All UK orders placed before 3pm will be despatched that day for next working day delivery.

Delivery charges for UK

Lock delivery is a flat rate charge of £7.50.

Free and Chargeable Spares delivery is a flat rate of £5.00.

If you order a mix of locks and spares, the delivery charge will be £7.50.

International Delivery
For international orders despatch will be on same day as order but delivery will be dependant on destination. International delivery costs will be charged.

General Information
A signature is required upon delivery.
Orders will only be delivered to the address You have stated when placing Your order.
Codelocks cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate delivery addresses provided to Us.
In very rare circumstances We may not be able to fulfil Your order. Should We experience any problems with the availability of Your order, We will let You know as soon as possible. Whilst We will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the delivery timescales We may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances and We therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery.
