Returns Policy

We hope that You will be delighted with Your order. However, if for any reason You are not completely satisfied We are happy to offer a refund or replacement on all goods retuned to Us within 7 working days of receipt, provided the goods are in a saleable condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Returns Procedure:

Mechanical Locks
Codelocks offer a lifetime guarantee on all Mechanical Locks.

Electronic Locks
Codelocks offer a 2 year guarantee on all Electronic Locks.

Faults caused by misuse, abuse and or poor fitting are not covered by the guarantee. Products will need to be returned to Codelocks Ltd for assessment by the customer.

In the first instance we would advise customers to call our Freephone Helpline – 0800393405 or email sales@codelocks.co.uk, as most technical / fitting issues can be resolved this way. Should the fault with the returned Product be due to manufacture then it will be repaired, serviced or replaced FOC. A service / repair note will be sent back with the Product.

Receiving a Refund
Refunds can only be requested by the Purchaser and will be made by the original payment method within 30 days of order Our Service Department receiving goods in a saleable condition and its original, undamaged packaging.
