The Codelocks Connect Portal is the web based control panel for creating and issuing codes to unlock NetCode® enabled locks. The web-based nature of the system allows a manager or administrator to remotely control access to lockers, cabinets and racks from any remote location with an internet connection.
Once a NetCode lock is registered, a NetCode can be generated and shared via email and SMS text message. A built-in history provides an audit for every NetCode created for each lock. You are also able to use our C3 Smart App on our Smart locks to issue NetCode access.

Add additional admins, associate or guest users to your main admin account. These users can do the following:
Associate: A associate user is able to generate NetCode access, edit and delete existing locks, but not add new locks.
Guest: A guest user is only able to issue NetCode access. They have no ability to add, edit or delete locks.
View the NetCode audit history for each registered lock on the account. You will also be able to see lock edit history, upcoming and currently active NetCode access.
Choose from English, German or Spanish. The Codelocks Connect Portal can be customised via CSS and custom logos added. For CSS customise, a hosting charge is applied. Please contact Codelocks to discuss these options.
Codelocks provide a simple API (application programming interface) to enable customers to generate a NetCode via their own applications. All standard NetCode types can be created via the API. Prior to generating a NetCode, the lock must be registered via the Codelocks Connect Portal or customer system using our API. Please contact Codelocks to discuss these options.
